With two beds up, you are able to build what you want below. Slat Packs Included: A slat pack serves the same support function as a Bunkie board but is not in a solid wood form but in the form of smaller slats that are placed close together to give the mattress the proper support on a Loft or Bunk Bed. Identical in support, the slat pack is the perfect shippable item that still properly supports the mattress but breaks down to a smaller size if you are moving and shipping your bed.
For your convenience, we have built the slat packs into the loft bed pricing. This ensures that you get everything you need in one kit.
Please Note: The L-shaped extension bed is a Twin Bed.**Some assembly may be required. Delivery service does not include assembly. Premier Service includes delivery into the room and removal of any packing materials, but does not include setup. Standard service is only front door delivery.

Solid Posts & Metal Dowels: Solid hardwood posts, joined by thick metal dowel pins where necessary, provide superior strength and stability of construction.
Secure Attachments: Ladders and Guard Rails attach to bed rails with screws or bolts. Bed Rails are fastened through posts with steel bolts.
Stable Bed Rails: Bedrails are made of multi-ply construction instead of solid. This prevents warping or splitting in an area where beds need the most strength.
Self Spacing: All components are properly spaced to prevent children from dangerous pinch-points and to help protect from entanglement.
Independent Laboratory Certification: All Bunk and Loft designs are certified by an independent laboratory to meet or exceed the safety requirements defined by the Consumer Product Safety Commission and the ASTM.
