Slat Packs Included: A slat pack serves the same support function as a Bunkie board but is not in a solid wood form but in the form of smaller slats that are placed close together to give the mattress the proper support on a Loft or Bunk Bed. Identical in support, the slat pack is the perfect shippable item that still properly supports the mattress but breaks down to a smaller size if you are moving and shipping your bed.For your convenience, we have built the slat packs into the bunk bed pricing. This ensures that you get everything you need in one kit. Please Note: Under bed storage options shown in the image are available as add-ons and are not included in the price. **Some assembly may be required. Delivery service does not include assembly. Premier Service includes delivery into the room and removal of any packing materials, but does not include setup. Standard service is only front door delivery.

Bed Slats: The provided bed slats are located using predetermined slots in the side rails preventing unsafe spacing and Lea Industries also uses screws to fasten, adding integrity to the bed. Slat Packs: LEA Slat Packs use screws to fasten each slat to the bed rails providing above average support and added structural integrity to the assembled bed.
