Shipping, Handling and Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping:

Flat Fee Shipping:

Orders under $75 are shipped at a flat fee of $5.50 per order. Note, that the complete order will ship at a flat fee of $5.50.

Free Shipping:

Orders over $75 ship free. Some pieces of furniture may have a delivery fee. This will be clearly displayed on the product detail page and offered as an option before you add it to your cart.

Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO and International addresses:

We are not able to ship to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, FPO and International addresses at this time. We apologize if this inconveniences you.

Shipping Method:

We ship via USPS, USPS Priority, UPS, FedEx and DHL depending on various factors. For furniture we use specialized furniture shipping and delivery companies.

Order Status and Delivery and Transit Time:

To check the order status or estimate the arrival date of your package, please refer to the product detail page of the product ordered. The time stated on the product detail page is the approximate lead time for the items to leave our warehouse. Please note that the lead time is approximate based on information we have from the manufacturers. In addition to the lead time – please allow for shipping transit times.

Small items such as bedding and accessories are shipped via FedEx, UPS or DHL and can take 3-7 Business days in transit to reach you. Furniture is shipped via special freight carriers and may require 2-4 weeks in transit time. Please note: the transit time is in addition to the lead time.

Shipping time frames reflected on the product details page are approximate and based on estimates provided by manufacturers. Pippin Mcgee reserves the right to amend product information and shipping schedules due to manufacturer delays and changes. Manufacturers may sometimes also discontinue a product without notice. We will notify you promptly but we cannot be held responsible for delays or discontinuation of a product by the manufacturer. We provide the best estimate we can and keep you informed if any delays are caused due to changes by the manufacturer.

Receiving Furniture:

Furniture is shipped via special furniture freight carriers. The delivery company will call ahead of time to schedule your delivery. You must be present to receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. When your furniture order arrives, you are responsible for performing a complete inspection of your shipment, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of damage, it is imperative that you note the damage on the driver’s delivery ticket. Please remember that if you sign the delivery ticket without notating the damage, we cannot be responsible for assisting you in the repair or replacement of the damaged piece. Delivery/Handling fee for furniture:

Certain items, like furniture are heavy and bulky and require extra care and handling and a Delivery Fee applies.

The Delivery Fee options are presented to you on the product details page or after you add it to your cart so you can get an accurate price based on your location. Delivery fees vary between different pieces of furniture based on the weight, manufacturer and your location.

Lea and Young America furniture delivery fees will be displayed based on zip code after you add it to your cart.

Bratt Decor, Green Frog Art and Natart furniture: the delivery fee is per piece and displayed on the product details page.
