We do our best to bring you the very best in style, quality and function and we are certain you will be delighted with our selection. However, sometimes a product may just not be what you thought it was or a size may not fit. We are happy to accommodate your returns with no restocking fees. - Shipping charges are not refundable. If the order was shipped free, shipping fees at cost will be deducted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Custom Made Furniture and Customized Items:
Pippin
Mcgee has many items that are custom made especially for you upon
order. These furniture pieces, bedding sets, gifts and decorative
accessories are made just for you, with your colors, names and
specifications.
All furniture and personalized/ monogrammed pieces are customized items. The
other items that are custom made will be notated on the product details
page. Please be sure to watch for the notation on the item
that specifies that this is a custom made for you item.
Unfortunately,
we cannot accept returns on these items, as they are made only for you.
If you wish to cancel an order for a custom made item, you may do so if
you do it within two days of when the order was placed. If you have any
questions regarding our policy on custom made items, please do not

Important note on receiving furniture:
Furniture is shipped via
special furniture freight carriers. The delivery company will call
ahead of time to schedule your delivery. You must be present to
receive, inspect and sign for your delivery. When your furniture order
arrives, you are responsible for performing a complete inspection of
your shipment, in the presence of the driver. If you find any signs of
damage, it is imperative that you note the damage on the driver’s
delivery ticket. Please remember that if you sign the delivery ticket
without notating the damage, we cannot be responsible for assisting you
in the repair or replacement of the damaged piece. Please notify Pippin
Mcgee of the damage immediately by calling 1-866-208-7149
Non-custom Items:
Pippin
McGee strives to provide our customers with the highest quality
merchandise that we actually see and handle and place in customers
homes which enables us to give you, the consumer the very best shopping
experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom
item, you may return it, for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Returned non-customized items must be unused, in their original
condition and their original packaging.
All returns must have
prior authorization. Simply call us within 20 business days of receipt
of the item and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN),
which is valid for 10 business days. Upon receipt of your approved
return and inspection, Pippin McGee will either issue a refund for the
purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your
purchase or ship the item you selected in exchange.
Please note that
shipping charges cannot be refunded by Pippin McGee; all shipping
charges are the customer's responsibility. For your safety, we
encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection
against any lost or damage to your package.
If you return an item
after the 20 business day window, without a RAN, and/or Pippin McGee
suspects an item has been used, the merchandise will be shipped back to
you at your expense.
Also, if you choose to return an item that was
shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item’s
purchase price minus the appropriate shipping costs.
All Returns and Exchanges must be completed within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Please note:
For the safety of children and comfort of all parents our returns policy on Car Seats is very strict. If
the Car Seat does not meet your requirements and you wish to return it,
please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your car seat. The Car
Seat must be returned in its original packaging with the safety
instructions and manuals.
As a parent, we are certain you
will appreciate the need for a strict returns policy on Car Seats. We
do not resell a previously sold car seat without expressly stating so
on our clearance sales. However, we do require a strict policy on this
to ensure that our clearance sales and products are in perfect working
condition and do not compromise the safety of the children that use the
products.
All sales on discounted and sale items are final.
